My story begins in early 2015.

My first position started in the shipping department of a top of the line distribution company. The job consisted of loading freight onto outbound trailers. I was bound and determined to make it my mission to exceed expectations for my work. After efficiently loading trailers for a month and a half, I was offered the lead position. 

​

I would now supervise 30+ people. I wanted to take the lead position to the next level. I took the time to get to know all of my workers as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Based on that unique understanding, I placed associates in areas where they would succeed, become more confident, faster and pridefully involved. I set a higher standard for performance. Determined and hungry for more I seized my opportunity and maintained this for 11 months.

Management clearly appreciated my lead position accomplishments. After 11 months, they offered me the On-site Supervisor position. This consisted of managing multiple buildings, 4 leads and 150+ temps. The Onsite Supervisor position; however, was only the beginning to the next adventure. 

​

After being an Onsite Supervisor for almost a year and a half, I was offered a Sales Branch Manager position. This included visiting various client sites and receiving the opportunity to speak with key decision makers such as Owners, HR Managers, and Controllers. This position allowed me to place temps within any warehouse who needed our services. 

​

When I became the Sales Branch Manager, I realized my calling. I billed a substantial amount over a short period of time. I realized that my outlook on life had changed. My number one priority was to advance in life. That’s when the idea for a new company began. I knew deep down that I carried all of the experience and tools that a warehouse client would need from a staffing agency. 

​

I realized my dream and mid-2018, I founded Advance Employment Solutions. 

​

We strive to please the client with constant communication. We listen and develop a key understanding of the dynamics of how each operation works. Our main advantage is our ability to combine our selective screening process with our ability to tailor the right associate for the right position.
